My4Cs Overview


What is the My4Cs portal?

My4Cs is your gateway to all of CCCC's online services (such as Office365 – CCCC e-mail and Microsoft online services, Moodle, and CampusWeb). In My4Cs, you'll also find College alerts & notifications, news, and links to additional College resources.


Logging into My4Cs

Username: Everything before "@" in your CCCC e-mail address.

  • Student usernames are usually firstname.lastname. (Example: alison.johnson)
  • Faculty & Staff usernames are usually FirstInitialLastname (Example: ajohnson)
  • There are some exceptions to this username format. Please contact the Help Desk if you need help.

Password: The same password you use for College e-mail and computers.

  • New student passwords: Your default password is Capecod+studentID (Example: Capecod123456)
  • New faculty & staff: Call the Help Desk before accessing My4Cs for the first time.


First time logging in to My4Cs

The first time you log into My4Cs, you will be asked to read and agree to the terms of service, and then you will be asked to answer a series of security questions.


How do I change my My4Cs password?

It may take up to 10–15 minutes for the password to be updated in our system. Please note that your My4Cs account is what's used to log into the College's computers, Wi-Fi network, and My4Cs. If you change your password in My4Cs, you will also be changing it for the College's computer and Wi-Fi networks.


What if I forget my My4Cs password?

If you have not answered your security questions during a prior visit to My4Cs, you will not be able to reset your password yourself. Please contact the Help Desk for assistance: 774.330.4004.

If you have answered your security questions during a prior visit to My4Cs, you can reset your password yourself:

  1. Use the Forgot Password? link on the My4Cs homepage.
  2. Enter your My4Cs username (everything before the @ in your College e-mail address).
  3. Answer the security questions.
  4. Enter your new password twice and then use the OK button.

Can I see or change the answers to my security questions?

Yes, you can see or change the answers to your security questions. Once you have logged into My4Cs, go to Password Management in the Launchpad, and use the Reset answers to security questions link.

  • To change your answers, delete the current answers, type new ones, and then click Save at the bottom of the page.
  • To see your answers, click in the check box next to "Show Text".


How do I access my CCCC E-mail?

Use the Office 365 link in the Launchpad.

How do I access Moodle, CampusWeb, or Rave?

Select the service you want using the links in Launchpad.
