Crisis and Life Management – the CALM team

If you feel that the stresses in your life are affecting your health, sense of wellbeing, relationships, and/or academic performance, and you need to talk to someone, there is support available on campus.

Connect with the CALM team when you're not sure where else to go. We will help you find the assistance, support, and referrals that are right for you!

Counseling Services

Our objective is to promote wellness, personal growth, and academic success of students. While enrolled as a 4Cs student, you have the opportunity to schedule an appointment with a licensed counselor on campus. Together we will assess your needs and your goals and determine the best approach for you. If you need longer-term treatment or other specialized resources, we will work with you to provide the appropriate referrals.

The Family Pantry of Cape Cod

The Family Pantry of Cape Cod (FP4C) is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing emergency non-perishable food and personal care products to students and staff at Cape Cod Community College. FP4C is operated by a team of student volunteers and faculty/staff advisors who give their time and effort to help others.
